Angels On Bare Skin Review

Since switching to using cruelty free products my Lush addiction has grown. I decided to experiment with a couple of new products starting with their Angels On Bare Skin cleanser. The one thing that is important to me in the mornings other than a healthy breakfast is an awakening cleanser that does it’s job properly. For me, this product is perfect!

The cleanser smells incredible fresh and is full of natural ingredients. The lavender oil and rose absolutes calms the skin whilst the almonds gently exfoliates which helps to tone and brighten the skin. The smell of the product makes for a wake up call every morning that isn’t to harsh. Kaolin is a soft clay but in cosmetics it helps to cleanse and exfoliate dead skin cells. Perfect for absorbing grease and dirt but also leaving the skin feeling nourished.

To use the cleanser, simply form a paste using water and rub in circular motions over your face. I sometimes leave it for 1-2 minutes if I have been a bad beauty blogger and ‘forgot’ to take my makeup off the night before then use a cloth to rinse off.ย It leaves my skin feeling soft and nourished but also provides me with a good base to start the rest of my skincare for the day. As always, it is cruelty free and suitable for vegans thanks to Lush’s no testing policy.
