How quickly has this year gone?! I can’t quite deal how fast it has gone. The end of this year marks the half-way point in my degree, my sister is having her first baby therefore I become an aunty and of course a new year is fast approaching. On Lauren’s blog, What Lauren Did Today, she posted a list of goals that she wanted to achieve before the year was out and I thought it would be a lovely way to start ‘blogmas’ off (yes I know it’s a little late!). On a side note, I won’t be participating in blogmas because I have a really busy schedule at the moment with a lot of deadlines next week and attempting to find a work placement, however I recently left my job so when I break up for the Christmas holidays I am going to try and post a lot more. Anyway let’s move on to my to-do list for December.

Meet Up With Friends (my social life really needs looking at before 2016)
Say Goodbye to dairy products for good! Due to how stressful my life has been, I started eating dairy a lot more. It’s made me feel sluggish and horrible because the dairy industry is worse than anything and I feel bad contributing to it!
Adopt an ‘I can’ attitude. Since losing my job, I have felt rubbish. It has probably shown across social media as well cause I haven’t been posting much. I just feel like I have no self-confidence and I’m no good at anything.
Take ten minutes of my time each day to work on my Headspace sessions. They really have helped calm my anxiety and panic attacks down.
Organise my bedroom and throw out all the rubbish!
