If you have been a devoted reader of my blog for some time then you will know that I am a big fan of Barry M. I am like a little child entering a sweet shop for the first time when they release a new range and the Coconut Infusion Collection was no different. I’m a little late on the bandwagon with them but I would go as far as saying that this range has made me fall in love with painting my nails all over again.
The Coconut Infusion Collection consists of nine beautiful shaded polishes that are made with both coconut water and coconut oil. The new formula was created to hydrate and nourish nails whilst still leaving a glossy, smooth, manicure-style finish. There’s also Vitamin B & C that will help repair and replenish the nails and strengthening benefits. So not only do you get beautifully coloured nails for the Summer months that you don’t need to paint as much due to the enriched ingredients but you also have healthier nails.
The colours are all perfect for Summer: Aloha (a bright pink shade), Bikini (a lovely mint green colour), Laguna (a sky blue shade) and Flamingo (a lovely peachy colour). There is also four nude shades that are suited for any skin tones and Surfboard which is a lovely pale lilac. I will definitely be going to pick that one up soon.
I love the large brush as it makes the process of painting your nails quicker. Unfortunately they don’t smell of coconut but I’m sure I can live with that. The colour has lasted on my nails for a good week now with little chipping which reminds me of their Gelly Hi-Shine range. I haven’t used them long enough to talk about the condition of my nails but I’m sure they will be mentioned in a love list post soon. My favourite shade is Aloha however I’ve been wearing Bikini more than the others which is rather unusual for me.
Have you tried the Barry M Coconut Infusion collection? What’s your thoughts? Let me know what your favourite shade is from the collection.
