A Mini Lush Haul

IMG_9817

There’s no better way to get back onto the ‘blogging’ swing than with a mini Lush Haul, right?! The other day I found myself in town after pushing myself to use public transport in preparation for starting something rather exciting next month. For the first time in a long time, I had beaten my anxiety and travelled on the metro and if that wasn’t enough to treat myself then I don’t know what is.

I love my local Lush. It has such lovely employees that recommend some pretty amazing bath cocktails. As suggested by Graeme, I picked up Frozen Bath Bomb and Razzle Dazzle Bath Oil to use in a hot steaming bath that weekend. I can’t tell you how good it was! If only my blog had smell-0-vision! The brightly coloured duo really do compliment each other. Bath Oils, such as Razzle Dazzle, are amazing if your wanting something moisturising and nourishing on the skin. The formulation is full of all the skin softening ingredients including: shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil and jojoba oil. This one actually smells of watermelon goodness as it has Persian lime oil, bergamot oil and violet leaf absolute which gives it the heavenly fruit scent. Throw in the citrus scented Frozen Bath Bomb and you have the perfect awakening and mood boosting bath. I posted a bath art image on my Instagram for any of you interested in seeing how it turned out.

I have been running low on bubble bars for a while now so I decided to pick up Karma Bubble Bar. I haven’t had this one for a while now but I have missed relaxing lavender scented goodness from my evening baths. The sweet orange and lemongrass oils help to uplift your mind when your feeling low or had an anxiety packed day. My Aunt also gifted me the Sunnyside Bubble Bar. Fun fact: Sunnyside was my first ever bubble bar that I tried from Lush. I mixed it with Dragon’s Egg and haven’t looked bach since! The bubble bar is for those who love glitter and citrus scented treats to help uplift your mood and make you feel amazing. This particular one has lemon, tangerine and sweet wild orange oil in as well as cream of tartar which helps to soften and moisturise the skin. Heaven!

Have you picked up anything from Lush recently? Let me know in the comments if you have tried any of these.
