The Sunday Post: Lui’s Wine Bar & Bistro

Today was my Auntie’s birthday hence why you are getting The Sunday Post a little bit late this week. I also have so much to talk about this week so I reckon another Four Little Things may be on the cards at some point. Back onto today.
We went to a lovely little place in Tynemouth this afternoon called Lui’s Wine Bar and Bistro situated on the seafront not far from where I live. Although we had a pretty long time to wait for food, it was delicious. The vibe of the place was really relaxed and quite family orientated which was a perfect place for a bite to eat for a family member’s birthday, don’t you think?! I ended up going for a delicious handmade, stonebaked pizza with caramelised onions and goats’ cheese and it tasted delicious! For dessert, I couldn’t not choose the hot brownie with caramel sauce. Again, it tasted divine!
All in all I have had a really enjoyable afternoon with the family and can’t wait to head of to Edinburgh at some point in the near future to finish her birthday surprise. She will be having the Comforter Spa Treatment at Lush which she got as part of her birthday present so it just gives me an excuse right?!
Hope you had a wonderful Sunday! Did you get up to anything nice today?
