Recently Lush has rolled out a lot of the Oxford Street exclusives across multiple stores in the UK. Next to The Experimenter, Intergalactic has been an extremely popular product and I couldn’t agree more.
Intergalactic is a rather different scent compared to other bath bombs that they do making it unique in it’s own way. If your a lover of glitter then this is definitely one for you. It fizzes away at a nice speed which is brilliant for taking photos of the lovely array of colours that appears from the bath bomb melting. The shades of colour resemble a night sky, or the galaxy as the name suggests. Similar to The Experimenter, Intergalactic contains popping candy.
The bath bomb contains peppermint and grapefruit oils that provides the uplifting and refreshing scent of the bath bomb and undertones of vetivert and cedarwood oils for relaxing and balancing your mood. The minty scent is very unlike anything else that Lush do and to my surprise I found the scent extremely relaxing. After fizzing the bath goes a deep blue colour with a layer of glitter lying on the bottom of the bath.
I really enjoyed using this bath bomb due to the release of all the calming properties in the formula. I did think I was going to walk out of the bath like a smurf but I was left with little specks of glitter sprinkled on my skin, even then it wasn’t noticeable. My skin felt nourished and soft after using the bath bomb.
Have you tried Intergalactic yet? What’s your thoughts?
