Happy Halloween! Who doesn’t love a Lush haul?! If you haven’t already guessed, they are my favourite. They are even better when they include seasonal products. If you’re a Lord of Misrule fanatic, then it’s your lucky day!
There’s been four releases this year with many Halloween treats being cooked up in the Lush Kitchen. Unfortunately I haven’t managed to get my hands on any of them but I did treat myself to Sparkly Pumpkin, Lord of Misrule Bath Bomb and Lord of Misrule Shower Gel.
It might just be me but I am sure Sparkly Pumpkin has got ten times more glitter on than last year! The bubble bar has the same citrus scent as Sunnyside. The juniperberry, lime and grapefruit oils make the bath really uplifting and relaxing; perfect for a long soak in the bath on a cold winter night.
The ‘Lord of Misrule; is definitely one of my favourite Lush scents. The green coloured treats are full of patchouli and black pepper oil with added vanilla for that extra sweet scent. The shower creme has an added extra dose of Vitamin E to moisturise and nourish the skin while the bath bomb fizzes slowly to reveal a rich red wine coloured centre while the popping candy crackles away.
Last in the collection is the Nightwing Shower Jelly which I didn’t pick up. I am not really that found of the shower jellies but I did like the scent of this one in particular. Shaped in the form of a bat; this fruit pastille scented shower jelly is bound to lift your dark mood with uplifting lime juice and carrageenan for nourishing the skin.
Have you picked up any of the Halloween products this year? Which one is your favourite?
