Every couple of months, I change my room around. It’s something that I love to do. There is just something fulfilling about having a clear out and giving you room a little refresh. I’ve been on a mission to make my bedroom look a bit more artsy and inject a bit of personality back into my life again so I’ve decided to add a gallery wall to my room. Desenio rescued me and delivered some amazing prints that I thought it would be worth sharing with all you creative type.
I spotted the Camera print straight away so I thought this would be a great starting point for my room. Ever since starting photography part time, I have found a whole new love for cameras and imagery so I felt it was only right to display this in my room. I’ve opted for various sizes and frames to give a bit more creativity to the wall.
The next print I came across was the Disassembled Camera which I thought was really unusual but looked amazing next to the Camera print. Predominately, I wanted my bedroom to be quite earthy and I picked up the Green Banana Leaves and Green Palm Tree previously so I wanted to keep on the earthy, natural theme and pick something which represents the photographic and earthy mood. With this in mind, I found the Polygon World Map, La Lune and Earth prints which I thought matched the mood I was going for.
Personally, I think they all go quite well together and I can easily display them in a hallway when I own a house in the future. One thing that I do love about Desenio is that there are a lot of tips on the website to help newbies on how to create a gallery wall as well as a service that you can test it out to see what kind of prints will go together. You can select a background, picture wall design, the prints you are interested in and the frames; then view it online, make changes and then you can add it all to your basket when you’ve made your finally decision.
